Yes. We are a fully insured video production and post prouction company. We require that a Service Agreement be completed prior to project initiation. This service agreement is sent to you via e-mail and completed via DocuSign. We will not invoice for the required project deposit without received a competed Service Agreement.
We require a 50% deposit to initiate your project. The remaining 50% of your project cost is due upon completion of your video(s). We currently invoice and request payment via PayPal.
The gear we use is chosen specifically to meet the needs of your project. When it comes to selecting our tools for a project we always maintain professional and industry standards.
You video will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or Dropbox. Unless otherwise requested your final cut will be exported as either a .mov or .mp4 file. If your distribution method involves television advertising we will deliver your final product in a format that meets the specifications provided by the network.
We believe in content accessibility and think that it is important to have Closed Captions for all videos, so we include them with our videos. Our package rates include Closed Captions in one language. You may add subtitles or Closed Captioning for additional languages for an additional fee.
Yes! We are happy to travel to film your project. Travel costs are variable and are not included in our standard package rates, so please reach out to our team directly for a quote.
Raw (un-edited) footage is not included in our package rates. If you would like the un-edited footage from your project we will provide it via an external hard drive for an additional fee of $500.
Yes. If your video requires an audio bed the music used for your audio bed will be licensed. You will have full ownership of your video.
Your project starts as soon as our editors receive all of your footage.
You can share your footage with us via Dropbox or Google Drive. You can also send us a hard drive via mail. Please consider upload times when deciding the most effective way to send your files. Also note that your guaranteed delivery time is based off of the date that we receive your footage, not the date that you send it.

You may request to extend your video’s deadline beyond this originally agreed upon time frame (30 Days, 14 Days, or 7 Days). You must request a change of deadline by messaging your editor. If you would like to shorten your deadline you will be charged for expedited service.

The number of videographers that we will there to capture your event depends upon which package you choose; however, if you would like to add an additional videographer to your package you may do so for a flat fee of $500.
We recommend booking your videographer as far in advance as possible. This will guarantee availability on your wedding date. We take bookings up to 12 months in advance.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit which is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due either on or before the day of your ceremony.

Delivery time is dependent on your package. “The Standard,” is delivered within 60 days of the wedding ceremony. Both the “Cinema Club,” and “The Spotlight,” are delivered within 30 days of the ceremony.
